has joined the company as a customer service representative.
In this capacity,
Cornwell assists customers with inbound customer service and
technical inquiries regarding services and account information,
including billing issues, technical support and complaint
resolution.
A native of
Georgetown, Ill. and a resident of Carmel, Ind., Cornwell holds
an associate’s degree from Danville Area Community College.
