Call Forwarding

Call Forwarding is included with the eNCOMPASS calling plan. Now you can send incoming calls to any phone number you choose.

To Activate Call Forwarding

	Dial either 72# or *72 or (1172 on a rotary phone)
	Listen for dial tone
	Dial the number to receive your forwarded calls
	Two short tones followed by ringing, confirm your account
	Hang up
	You cannot answer calls when Call Forwarding is activated. As a reminder that Call Forwarding has been activated, you will hear one short ring each time a call is forwarded. You can make outgoing calls while calls are being forwarded.

To Deactivate Call Forwarding

	Dial either 73#, *73 (or 1173 from a rotary phone)
	Two short tones indicate Call Forwarding has been cancelled

NOTE: If you forward a call, additional local & long distance charges may apply. This service is not available in all areas.
